Four years ago when I started my blog Boxwood Avenue, I remember researching photography for hours on end. All of the information seemed so overwhelming to me. Bouncing from article to article and watching countless videos, it took me years to understand that manual mode can be understood in three simple concepts.

I put together this e-book in hopes of helping others interested in learning the basics of photography. It is my hope that with this e-book you won’t have to spend hours researching the basic concepts of manual mode photography.

While I once struggled with photography, it is now one of my greatest passions! I absolutely love the art and creativity that goes into making a beautiful image! Even though my blog focuses on recipes, lifestyle content, and interiors - I am asked about photography every single day! I figured that I couldn’t be the only one that struggled to learn these concepts, so why not put them into one easy to understand e-book?
